If something you purchased from us is in some way damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. We will also cover any additional postage costs. Refunds will be given for the purchase price of the item including the initial postage cost.

Please select carefully. We have taken great care to present images of our products which are true to life but please be aware that the colours of products may vary slightly on different computer screens.
If for some reason you have changed your mind, or you are unhappy with your purchase due to the size, colour or if the product just isn’t what you expected, then we will exchange it for you. The following conditions apply:
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery
- The goods must be received by us in their original condition. They must be unused, unwashed, with their packaging and tags intact
- We will not refund the original postage charge
- Re-delivery of the exchanged goods will be at the customer’s expense

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
